MoneyBookers
ghid de utilizare pentru incepatori

In acest topic prezint o metoda de retragere a banilor folosind sistemul MoneyBookers. Nu e o metoda teoretica. Eu folosesc aceasta metoda cu success de aproape un an.

Pentru a te putea inscrie in sistemul MoneyBookers trebuie sa a cel putin 18 ani si sa detii un cont in ROL (lei) la o banca din Romania


A. Contul bancar

1. Mergi la Banc-Post si soliciti un card de debit ULTRA. Acesta iti este oferit gratuit in termen de aproximativ 2 saptamani. (este posibil sa fie nevoie de un depozit inital, insa oricum acesta poate fi retras imediat ce-ti primesti cardul)

2. O data cu cardul de debit vei primi si un plic cu informatii referitoare la acesta.
AI GRIJA SA NU-L PIERZI. Acolo vei gasi si simbolul contului bancar asociat acestui card.


B. Contul MoneyBookers

1. Iti faci 2 adrese de e-mail (preferabil la provideri diferiti. exemplu: as.ro / yahoo.com / hotmail.com)

2. Te inscrii cu una din aceste adrese de e-mail la MoneyBookers.
COMPLETEAZA NUMAI CU INFORMATII REALE !

3. Vei primi intr-un e-mail un link pe care trebuie sa dai click ca sa-ti activezi contul.

4. Intra in contul tau de MoneyBookers si adauga-ti in profil si cea de-a doua adresa de e-mail (vei primi apoi un link pe care trebuie sa-l vizitezi la fel ca si pe primul)

5. Iti scanezi Buletinul/Cartea de Identitate si o factura de utilitati publice (cum ar fi Romtelecom). Factura nu trebuie sa fie neaparat pe numele tau; poate fi si pe numele parintilor.

6. Trimiti la service@moneybookers.com cele doua poze, iar in textul emailului scrii "Please verify my account adresa_cu_care_m-am_inregistrat@email.com" (sau orice alt ceva de genul acesta)

7. In maxim 2 zile vei primi un raspuns cum ca adresa ta a fost verificata.

8. In contul de MoneyBookers, trebuie sa-ti adaugi de asemenea simbolul contului bancar si adresa bancii (in cazul de fatza, la adresa trebuie sa treceti adresa Directiei Card a S.C. Banc Post S.A. <= adresa apare pe extrasul de cont pe care-l primiti)


C. Retragerea banilor

1. Din contul tau de MoneyBookers soliciti "Withdraw Money"

2. Vei fi intrebat de data ta de nastere

3. Dupa ce introduci data de nastere si trimiti formularul de retragere a banilor, suma solicitata + 1.80 euro iti vor fi retrasi din cont

4. In 2 sau 3 zile lucratoare vei avea banii in contul tau bancar, transformati automat in ROL

5. Banc Post iti va retine un comision de 11.000 ROL

6. Iti poti lua banii de la orice bancomat Banc Post din tara (comisionul de retragere este de 0.2%)



OBSERVATII:

- NU UITATI parola contului de la MoneyBookers; aceasta trebuie de asemenea sa fie cat mai lunga. De exemplu, o parola buna ar fi: oParola22Mai#greU1933DEspart

- NU retrageti sume mai mici de 15 EUR decat in cazul in care aveti neaparata nevoie de bani (din cauza comisionului de 1.80 EUR). Recomandabil ar fi sa retrageti banii cand aveti mai mult de 36 EUR (astfel comisionul va fi sub 5%)

- E recomandabil sa inscrieti in profil 2 adrese de e-mail pentru cazul in care va uitati parola.

Este interzisa copierea integrala sau partiala fara acordul autorului.

Am folosit inca o data metoda descrisa de mine in acest topic.

Miercuri (04 feb) ora 9:00
- am cerut 105 euro din MoneyBookers
- transferul de bani este marcat ca 'pending' (in asteptare)

Joi (05 feb) ora 14:00
- nu am nici un ban pe card
- in MoneyBookers transferul este marcat ca fiind efectuat

Vineri (06 feb) ora 9:00
- nu am nici un ban pe card

Vineri (06 feb) ora 18:30
- am pe card contravaloarea in lei a 105 euro


Acum pot face ce vreau cu banii de pe card :D

Multa bafta ;) ... eu am de invatzat pentru BAC :(

sfantul, am urmat cu atentie indicatiile tale, merci mult.
Insa, am unele nelamuriri:

1. Dupa ce mi-a fost validat contul de MoneyBookers, in momentul in care intru pe site, imi apare optiunea "Choose a payment method". Am ales bank transfer si in continuare mi-au aparut:

Ce trebuie facut, pentru ca nu prea mi-e clar?

2. Insiruirea aceea de cifre (2511411138.....) reprezinta simbolul contului?

3. Daca vreau sa retrag banii prin MoneyBookers de la unul din programele unde sunt inscris, "Account ID" reprezinta adresa de mail pe care am folosit-o la inscrierea la MoneyBookers?

Cifrele alea 25111 reprezinta contul lui Gamebookers care face tranzactiile pentru Romania ale lui Moneybookers. Probabil ca ei iti vor da banii. Nu ai un card? Cand completezi Moneybookers ID pui emailul.

Imi cer scuze, nu am fost prea explicit la puctul 2.
Ma refeream la insiruirea 25111...... care la mine este numarul de cont de la Banc Post. Nelamurirea mea era daca asta reprezinta simbolul contului.

Dar cu mesajul de la MoneyBookers pe care l-am afisat in postul anterior, tot nu m-am lamurit ce vrea...

Oricum, party_man, merci de promptitudine!

desupra acestei optiuni "Choose a payment method" ai citit ce scrie ? ma indoiesc ,daca esti un pic atent ai sa observi ca scrie "upload funds" si asta ar insemna sa introduci tu bani in contul tau prin una din cele 2 metode ceea ce eu nu cred ca vrei sa faci.

Tot ce trebuie sa faci e sa ignori mesajul si sa te indreti catre sectiunea din contul tau care te intereseaza.

in acest caz DA. La programele care vrei sa fii platit in moneybookers trebuie sa selectezi metoda de plata moneybookers iar la "Account ID" vei pune adresa cu care te loghezi in contul tau moneybookers.

Sper ca am fost destul de explicit iar daca nu , nu ezita sa postezi ce nu intelegi iar eu te voi ajuta in masura in care ma pricep si eu desigur ;)

Vezi ca la MoneyBookers ai o facilitate prin care poti adauga pana la 5 adrese de e-mail.
Una dintre aceste adrese va fi principala (cu asta te vei loga in contul tau).

In rest vei putea primi bani la oricare dintre cele 5 adrese ;)

ATENTIE: trebuie sa-ti verifici acele adrese, dand click pe link-ul care ti-l trimit ei.

Intrebare....

Cum sunt virati banii pe card, mai intai la Gamebookers si apoi pe cardul meu? Scrii contul tau si banca in care trebuie virati banii?...Operatiunile descrise sunt valabile numai pentru o anumita banca?

Simbolul contului bancar + numele si adresa bancii (in cazul meu, Banc Post SA) le treci in profilul tau de la MoneyBookers. (este pe undeva un meniu cu 'add bank account').

Iar cand te duc sa-ti retragi banii, te intreba suma pe care vrei sa o scoti si iti apare o lista cu conturile bancare introduse de tine.


Nu ai nici o treaba cu contul de la GameBookers SRL. Ala este pentru a pune bani in contul tau de MoneyBookers si NU pentru a-i scoate.

Nu stiu cum fac cei de la MoneyBookers transferul, dar stiu ca in 2-3 zile am banii pe cardul de la Banc Post.

Cand imi scot banii din MoneyBookers, in extrasul de cont aferent cardului de la banca imi apare asa:

. Realimentare cont card prin compensare BNR ........................ [SUMA DE BANI]

. Retinere comision BNR pt. op. prin compensare ...................... 11.000,00



si cu asta basta

Adresa postala a bancii e necesara? O filiala anume sau Banca centrala? Eu nu sunt din Bucuresti. La noi la tara e mai greu...ai scris simbolul contului, e acelasi lucru cu numarul contului? Eu am un numar de cont care e atasat cardului. Daca am inteles eu bine scriu numarul contului+Banca(adresa postala)?

Daca nu esti verificat poti face orice tranzactie, insa nu vei putea retrage banii in contul bancar. (si cred ca in plus este o limita a tranzactiilor de cateva mii de USD)

General Terms & Conditions


1. Stipulations
1.1. The two participants in each transaction are the user (the "Customer") and Moneybookers Ltd. (the "Company" or "Moneybookers"), a company registered in England and Wales, which offers an electronic money service in accordance with the regulations of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

1.2. It is a condition of membership that the Customer agrees to accept these terms and conditions. These rules and regulations are acknowledged as legal and binding by the Customer, once he/she becomes a member.

1.3. Moneybookers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in compliance with current UK & EU legislation. Customer will be informed accordingly by notice to the email address in his/her account profile. No change will affect any outstanding transaction or any legal rights or obligations that may already have arisen.

1.4. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes, controversies and claims arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the English courts, except where EU legislation requires a specific dispute to be resolved by the courts of another country.

1.5. Moneybookers and Customer are the only parties who may rely on or enforce these Conditions and for this reason the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 is excluded.

2. Description of Service
2.1. Moneybookers operates an electronic money service that allows Customer to send and receive payments. Funds held on Customer's online stored value account are electronic money in accordance with the EU E-Money Directive. The balance of Customer's electronic money account is redeemable at any time and shall be disposed of only in accordance with his/her instructions given via the Moneybookers user interface.

2.2. Moneybookers is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of the United Kingdom as an Electronic Money Issuer and is subject to the applicable rules and regulations.

2.3. All fees are set forth in a separate Fee Schedule published at any time on this web site being subject to change at Moneybookers' sole discretion.

2.4. Funds stored on the Customer's user account have no expiration date.

3. Membership
3.1. Customer must be at least 18 years old to use the Moneybookers service.

3.2. Customer opens an account by completing the online membership application form, which is an integral part of this web site.

3.3. Each person is only entitled to open one account. The Company reserves the right to close the account of any Customer who has opened multiple accounts on his/her name.

3.4. There are no set-up charges and no monthly fees for maintaining customers account. Interest is not paid on any monies held in a Customer account.

3.5. Customers are responsible to ensure that the details provided at registration (address, telephone number, email etc.) are kept up to date. Moneybookers reserves the right to request further information pertaining to client account at any time. Failure to supply such information may result in limitation on usage of this service or suspension of account.

3.6. The Company at its sole discretion, reserves the right to close an account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of this Agreement, upon notice to the User and payment to the User of any unrestricted funds held in custody.

3.7. Some customers may be eligible to participate in bonus programs. Said bonus programs, as to their conditions, amount and issuance, shall be subject to the discretion of the Company, and shall be non-transferable and non-refundable. Any bonus offered by the Company is limited to one per household.

3.8. The Company will ensure that all personal details of Customer are held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Company's published privacy statement.

3.9. To ensure integrity of the service, special separately published Criminal Activity and Money Laundering Prevention policies apply.

4. Login
4.1. The password should not be disclosed to any third party. Customer is solely responsible for the security of his/her user name and password.

4.2. Every person who identifies him/herself by entering the correct login email and password is assumed by Moneybookers to be the rightful account holder/Customer and all transactions where the login email and password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid.

5. Sending Payments
5.1. Anyone who Customer instructs Moneybookers to pay must have a valid email address. Customer may instruct Moneybookers to make a payment by entering the email address of the person or entity who is to receive the payment; and the amount Customer wishes to send on the "Send Money" page of the Moneybookers website.

5.2. When you send a payment, Moneybookers will obtain the funds plus any commission first by debiting your funds in the Moneybookers Accounts, if any. If this is not sufficient to fund your payment fully, Moneybookers will obtain the remaining funds per your instructions by debiting a bank account that you designate, charging your credit card or any other available method of payment. Moneybookers reserves the right to limit an account-holder's choice of funding sources for any individual payment at its discretion.

5.3. Moneybookers will immediately send the funds to the recipient's Moneybookers account. If the recipient does not have a Moneybookers account, Moneybookers will send him or her an email asking them to register and activate an account with us in order to receive the sum you have sent to them.

5.4. Until the payment is accepted by the recipient, you remain the owner of those funds and Moneybookers holds those funds as your agent, but you will not be able to withdraw those funds or send the funds to any other recipient unless the initial transaction is cancelled. If, within 14 days from your payment being sent to a non-registered Moneybookers user, he or she has not opened and activated a new Moneybookers account, the Company will cancel the transaction and the money will be sent back to your Moneybookers account.

5.5. Some accounts, at Moneybookers's discretion, may have a higher or lower spending limit depending on their user status.

6. Receiving Payments
6.1. When receiving payments through the Service, the amount received is credited to the Customer‘s electronic money storage account until Customer further instructs Moneybookers with respect to the transmission of his/her funds.

6.2. If a person receives a notice that a payment has been sent to him through Moneybookers but he has not registered for the Service, Moneybookers will NOT issue any electronic money to him and will NOT in any way become his agent and the recipient of said notice will have no claim to those funds unless and until he registers for the Service and indicates his acceptance of the payment.

6.3. Through the Moneybookers website, Customer may provide instructions to withdraw the funds or transfer the funds to a third party.

6.4. When Customer receives a payment through the Service, he/she is NOT protected against a subsequent reversal of the transaction. Examples of such a reversal include, but are not limited to, a credit card reversal by the sender of the payment, and a reversal of the transaction because the sender of the payment was using a stolen credit card or unauthorized bank account.

7. Redemption
7.1. Customer can request a withdrawal at any time by logging into his/her account and following the instructions in the 'my account' section. The currency in which the money is redeemed is the account currency of Customer.

7.2. Moneybookers is responsible to process the necessary payment instructions immediately after the carrying out of any checks that are reasonably required to prevent money laundering or fraud or to check whether the holder of the e-money is a person who is entitled to redeem it.

7.3. The Company guarantees Customer the right to have the proceeds of redemption paid to him by electronic transfer to an account with a bank or other financial undertaking nominated by Customer. Customer can nominate the respective financial institution via the profile section of this web site.

7.4. If Customer requests a withdrawal via bank transfer to a bank account within the United Kingdom, Moneybookers is responsible to ensure that the funds reach Customer's account within five business days of the day on which it gave the instructions. Moneybookers does not breach this obligation if the failure of the funds to reach Customer's account in time is caused by a failure outside the Company's control on the part of any third party that is involved in the funds transfer.

7.5. All redemption fees are set forth in a separate Fee Schedule published at any time on this web site being subject to change at Moneybookers' discretion. Customer cannot withdraw funds less than the applicable fee.

8. Warranties, Liabilities and Disclaimers
8.1. Without limiting 7.4. Moneybookers shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that all debit and credit transactions are processed in a timely manner. However, a number of factors, several of which are outside of Moneybookers' control such as processing time in the banking system or the mail service, will contribute to when the funds are received. The Company makes no representations regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing, nor shall the Company be liable for any actual or consequential damages arising from any claim of delay.

8.2. IT IS MONEYBOOKERS' ASSUMPTION THAT CUSTOMER IS SIGNING UP FOR A USER ACCOUNT ONLY AFTER DETERMINING THAT OPENING AND MAINTAINING SUCH ACCOUNT VIOLATES NO LAWS OR REGULATIONS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNTRY AND JURISDICTION. Customer warrants that you are violating no law or regulation by his/her use of Moneybookers, and Customer indemnifies the Company for any and all liability that might arise from your use of Moneybookers.

8.3. Moneybookers will not be responsible for any claim unless it has been caused by our negligence, willful default or fraud. In particularly, the Company shall in no way, and under no circumstances, be liable for any damages or losses, including without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental,or punitive damages deemed or alleged to have resulted from or caused by the following scenarios:

payments made to unintended Recipients or payments made in incorrect amounts due to the input of incorrect information by Senders;
for any fraud, deception or misrepresentations by Users, whether or not the User is verified in any manner;
any damages resulting from a recipient's decision not to accept a payment made through Moneybookers;
any errors or omissions in the website content;
the misuse of the web site content or the inability of any person to use the site;
delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system and the failure of the central computer system or any part thereof;
any results of any acts of Government or authority, any act of God or force majeure.
8.4. Moneybookers' service is limited to providing Customer with a payment facility and does not ensure the quality, safety or legality of the transaction Customer is undertaking. The Company does not have any responsibility for any goods or services for which Customer pays using the Moneybookers service and will not be liable for any charges, taxes or other duties in relation to such goods or services.

8.5. Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold the Company harmless against any claim brought against the Company by a third party resulting from Customer's use of Moneybookers payment services in respect of all losses, actions, proceedings, claims,damages, expenses or liabilities whatsoever suffered and howsoever incurred by Moneybookers in consequence of Customers non observance or breach of these terms and conditions of membership.

8.6. All website designs, text and graphics, and their layout and arrangement and all intellectual property rights therein are the property of Moneybookers. Any use of web site materials, their reproduction, modification, distribution or republication without express prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Claims and Disputes
9.1. For disputes, claims or to report account discrepancies, Customer shall contact Moneybookers Customer Service (service@moneybookers.com).

9.2. Customer is solely responsible for the instructions given to Moneybookers and for this reason Moneybookers may not be able to detect errors in Customer's payment instructions.

9.3. Customer should note that all payments made are final and not reversible once the recipient has received the payment sent by Moneybookers in accordance with Customer's instructions. Moneybookers cannot arrange for funds to be given back to Customer where Customer believes the payment was made in error.

1. Pai poti sa te duci la upload money din contul tau si vei vedea detaliile pentru a-ti baga bani prin transfer bancar din Romania (comisionul este de obicei 60.000 - 80.000 lei)

2. Pune pe careva sa te plateasca in contul tau de MoneyBookers

Moneybookers nu mai face schimburi in lei. Aveti nevoie de un cont in valuta pentru a retrage banii. Recomandare Banca Transilvania. Deschidere cont gratis, comisioane pentru sume sub 300 euro - zero. Pacat ca nu mai fac transferul in lei.

Din cate stiu eu, chiar daca primesti un transfer in valuta pe un cont in lei, banca efectueaza automat exchange-ul la cursul zilei... dar s-ar putea sa ma insel...

asa este. iti trebuie cont in dolari pentru a putea primi bani din afara. daca ai cont in lei nu poti primi valuta. oricum, banca transilvania are un program numit euro26 care nu cred ca s-a incheiat, prin care oricine sub 26 de ani isi poate face un card in valuta gratis. acest lucru e avantajos pentru ca pentru un cont in valuta la majoritatea bancilor trebuie platita o anumita suma pt card si deschiderea contului.

Dupa cum vedeti oamenii mi-au trimis acest raspuns ,
Evident toti banii mei sau intors in cont si sunt bine mersi.
O sa imi fac un cont in valuta (euro) la BRD. aproximativ 20 euro (25$ e de fapt dar se convertesc in euro daca deschid contul in euro) + o taxa de 2$ pt deschidere.
cei 25 $ sau echivalentul in euro ramin in cont. Nu stiu ce comisioane au la BRD.
:angry: Am uitat sa intreb :angry:
Daca stie cineva care este cea mai avantajoasa oferta sa o puna aici sa stim si noi.
Oricum miine ma duc si la Banca Transilvania sa vad la ei cum este.

caracatitza sa ne zici si noua daca tot te ai apucat sa inspectezi piata care e cea mai buna oferta . la ce banca sa se ne deschid cont ptr primit amariti astia de bani
parca nu ajungea cite comisoane platim pana ii vedem in moneybookers.. asta mai trebe sa ne ma omoare si bancile ....

parerea mea e ca euro26 la BT e cel mai avantajos. nu stiu daca ia comisioane la transferurile internationale, dar la avantajele pe care le are, probabil ca si aceste comisioane sunt mai bune decat la alte banci.

Bine coane! In citeva zile sper sa va dau un raspuns.
B26 de care pomeneste alinush o fi bun dar ce te faci ca eu am 35 de ani :D .
Pe de alta parte si un card in euro la Banc post costa in jur de 1.300.000 lei avind avantajul ca ii scoti de la bancomat. Oricum o sa va tin la curent cu ce solutie am gasit.

Puteti studia pe internet toate ofertele bancilor, cine gaseste o oferta mai buna decat Transilvania sa-mi spuna si mie. Probabil ca pentru usurinta va trebui de apelat tot la card in valuta. Se pare ca din cea mai buna optiune MB va deveni cea mai proasta din ele...orice transfer international costa bani grei, cititi aici:
